Spring Ranch is a picturesque neighborhood located on the eastern side of Colorado Springs, nestled within the Powers Corridor. It is designed around the Springs Ranch Golf Course, which went out of business in 2020, and offers stunning views of Pikes Peak. The area predominantly features ranch-style and two-story homes, with a selection of patio homes scattered throughout. Schools in this area including Springs Ranch Elementary, Remington Elementary, Skyview Middle School, Horizon Middle School, and Sand Creek High School (in Falcon District 49). 

Homes in the Springs Ranch neighborhood of Colorado Springs primarily date back to the late 1990s and early 2000s. The area experienced significant development during this time, however, with the new land available from the golf course, many new construction homes are still being built in the area.
