The Olea Family

Honestly, the sweetest family. Tiffany and Paul are one of the cutest couples! I remember getting the call from them. They were referred to us from another one of our clients. As a family, they had been renting for awhile and were ready to make the leap into home ownership. They wanted to make a house a HOME.

They were using a VA loan. And in this market, it can be tricky. VA loans have their pluses and minues. And in our crazy Colorado Springs market, it can be challenging. As a buying agent, Kalene and I’s main obejctive, is to get our clients a home not only that they will love, but will be a good investment for them and gain them some instant equity.

Together, we toured a few homes:) We were on top of the market and needed to work fast to find them a home. But we did it. We found them a home they LOVE. A home they can grow together in as a family. AND we did what we do best: get them a home in which they have instant equity (over $9,000). And in this market that is not easy!
